The Ninth Circuit Court (like any Federal circuit court) has a complaint for
Judicial Misconduct which lists as question three: Have you filed a lawsuit
against this Judge? All federal circuit courts contain this form. In addition, less
than 10 dockets concerning Judicial Immunity have ever been heard by Judges
who claimed such immunity. In each case, the attorneys argued the supposed fact
that Judicial Immunity is contained in Article III of the U.S. Constitution. However,
Judicial Immunity is not mentioned in Article III of the U. S Constitution. There is
nothing in Article III of the U.S. Constitution which deals with Judicial Immunity.
The Judges in those dockets violated 18 USC 11 Conflict of Interest. Therefore, by
the Supremacy Clause of Article VI, no judge anywhere in the U.S. territory has
Judicial Immunity.
Proposal for a Refined Definition of Judicial Immunity in the U.S. Supreme Court.
A Court and Judge convening under Article III of the U. S Constitution
shall have Judicial Immunity. Any other Administrative Law court and/or Judge
shall not have Judicial Immunity. Therefore, by the Supremacy Clause of
Article VI, no court convening under Administrative Law anywhere in U.S.
territory shall have Judicial Immunity.
