24–362 Martin vs. United States

A recent U. S. Supreme court ruling in 24–362 Martin vs. United States, by a 9 to 0 margin determined that government employees do not have judicial 

immunity.  In light of that, they will almost certainly rule that the guilty Respondents in this case are ineligible for Judicial Immunity.
